At Swimwear Shore, we want you to love your summer styles as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our flexible returns policy makes it easy to exchange or return items within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, with these exceptions:

  • Lingerie & Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, or sleepwear items that have been removed from their original packaging or have tags removed.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our sunny customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you’d like an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved, please:

  1. Repackage items in their original condition with all tags attached
  2. Include the original packing slip or invoice
  3. Ship to our returns center at:

    Colorado Springs, CO 80903 USA

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
