Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). For international orders, please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Flexible Returns Policy

At Swimwear Shore, we want you to love your summer styles as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery.

Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Sleepwear

that have been removed from their original packaging or have tags removed. Additionally, any items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our sunny customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you’d like an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package & Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Repackage items in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Include the original packing slip or invoice
  • Ship to our returns center:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
